You know I am at a weird place in my life. I know I want to go to law school - but that will take time. At least another year with the LSAT and the whole admissions process. But at the same time I finally have a job where I love the group I work with and am making enough money to support myself.
The problem?
The people outside of my team make it impossible to do my job effectively which means that the company isn't getting the types of projects that would make it prosper.
Frustrating!
I'm just a little pissed that I have to work on Sunday night due to the incompetence of a small few.

My clearly single friends are constantly complaining that they have no way to meet decent single people. We'll I was working on this White House subcommittee thing that coincidentally my mother's Internet dating got me involved in and found this teriffic group. It's a volunteer group for single people.
So you can still go to the bar - just with people you know are worth their salt. Check it out!

After a nasty attack with intracranial hypertension I've been doing no animal protien for about two years now. According to my nutritional guide John in France, I don't have the enzymes to digest this type of food approperiately.

The hardest part has been eating out. Since I live in a big city, it's a little easier. But the killer is cheese!

Every restaurant thinks that veggies have to be covered in it for people to eat them. Which may be true, but regardless makes it hard to keep in line with the no animal protein. For those of you in simular situations I've found not an answer but a way to prevent that acid that shoots into your brain the first time you have dairy, in years.
It's this great product called aminogen. If you know that you are going to have dairy or any other form of animal protein it really helps you from getting sick. Take it before you eat the animal protein.
I think it's amazing what your body can get use to. Or maybe I should say what we put our bodies through.

My next step is to see if I can live without the toxic mixture in manufactured tobacco!

Cruising through law school websites I found this great article on how gays can actually benefit from the conservative movement. I think it is important to remember that our political parties are much more complex than many of us want to believe.

Why could a gay or lesbian not support a conservative fiscal policy?

Why could they not be for family values?

Don't you think that we owe it to these people to give them the same rights we have in terms of creating a family? How can we condem them for living an alternative lifestyle when we forbid them through our legal system from ever accomplishing the very thing we are condeming them for?

Too many injustices in our world. And the sad thing is that we have created them.

We went out to dinner for my birthday last night and you know I'm starting to realize how much Gary has changed since I met him.
We went to a bar that happens to serve food and they had a live trivia game, which being as competitive as we all are, couldn't pass up.

One of the questions had to do with cataracts. Which part of the eye was effected?

Gary who had just started junior college when I met him and wasn't very confident in his academic abilities was up there arguing with Ph.D.s over answers. Gary turned out to be right and was backed up by several science books he had been toting around in his car. With the evidence in hand he managed to convince everyone else he was right too.
It's amazing how much a change in environment and a little self-confidence can do for someone. I think we drastically underestimate how much our environment impacts how we live our lives.
I'm going through this weird phase and as a result plan on throwing out all the crap I've been stockpiling for the last 20 years this weekend. I think it's having a negative impact on my psychie!

Oh by the way - we won.

I am now officially 29. Don't feel any different. But that is really close to 30 which I use to consider really old. Maybe it is really old?
If so I think I kind of like it. Rose told me last night that when I reach 30 that means that I'm truely considered an ADULT.
Do I care?
I don't think so.
You see, for everyone who is older than me in my life, I am always going to be considered a child. I've gotten use to that fact. And in a way it's comforting. The scary part will be when none of them are left. That's when I'll be old - by everyone's standards.

I'm a Taurus, and this has been a really weird time for us as you may know. Everything feels indecivisive but at the same time stable. I was born April 26, 1971 in Sandusky , Ohio. This fact helps me understand my birthprint, which has both my sun and moon sign in Taurus. According to the psychic Tina and I visited with in Ruidoso, my birthprint is what makes me balanced.
I'm still working to understand all of this astrology. I know it's impacting my life. It's just a matter of understanding how!

According to the author of Casual Power , women who wear make-up to work make 20-30% more than women who don't.

Amazing!

Who is making these decisions?

For those of experiencing turbulence in your life, join me in welcoming the upcoming universal event taking responsibility for the drastic changes on Earth - the alignment of the seven planets in Taurus. It's a rare thing, but has been causing upheval in my life. To escape, Tina and I took a few days after the KTXT banquet to revel in nature's beauty. We released the negative energy gathered in the big city into the deserts of New Mexico and took in cosmic harmony in the Mountains of Ruidoso.

While golf and big game hunting are what many appreciate about the resort we stayed at, we ventured out to find someone who could help us understand the conflict in our lives. We found tucked away in a little cottage a clairvoyant who worked apparently when he wanted too. Wouldn't that be nice! He walked up behind us as we were inquiring to the services after apparently spending several months away rejuvenating his spirit. See it was a sign that this was what we were suppose to be doing.

Tina and I went together so that the other could take notes. According to the psychic my sun and moon signs are both Taurus which means that I am very balanced. I think that is a good thing. He said that I am going to make a change in my work environment, one that I will be passionate about. Which led me to believe that law school was the right path. Then he said that because my life path was directed towards Leo I would be doing work that involved the good of the people as a whole, a kingdom of people, not a Leo in terms of a ruler of people. He suggested politics. I've always been interested in constitutional law, so I was happy that it appears that I am on the right life path...even though I still don't know where it is leading me.

You may have seen that they have released satellite photos of Area 51 taken by the Russians. (The server hosting the photos has been very busy - so be patient with the photos link) This morning on the news they made a big deal of it, but for all of you who keep up with your alien and conspiracy gossip - you know it's NOT.

The activities that were carried on in Nevada for years have reportedly been moved to Colorado. In a brilliant move the US military is rumored to have moved them to an old chemical and biological warfare testing facility in the mountains. I guess the desert was a little to accessable for the outside public - who may I remind you pay for these secret facilities. Regardless of the move, the photos are very interesting. As many of you know it's only recently that our government admitted the base was there. Enjoy!
